Threat Dynamics, LLC - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services provided by Threat Dynamics, LLC, including but not limited to
training sessions, instructional materials, and video content, you ("Client" or "Trainee") agree to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in
or use our services.

2. Nature of Training Content
Clients acknowledge and understand that some training materials, videos, and subject matter
presented by Threat Dynamics may be disturbing or emotionally challenging. Our training programs
cover serious topics, including but not limited to:
- Active shooter scenarios
- Violent encounters
- Emergency medical treatments
- Graphic simulations and reenactments
These materials are presented for the purpose of professional education, safety preparedness, and
emergency response awareness.
Threat Dynamics, LLC is not responsible for any emotional distress, discomfort, or psychological
impact that may arise from participation in such trainings. By enrolling in or attending a Threat
Dynamics course, you voluntarily accept exposure to these topics and assume full responsibility for
your participation.

3. Physical Participation and Risk of Injury
Training sessions may involve physical demonstrations and hands-on practice, including but not
limited to:
- Defensive maneuvers
- Medical simulations
- Emergency response drills
While every effort is made to ensure safety, physical injury may occur. By participating, the
client/trainee acknowledges this risk and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any injuries that
may result.
The client/trainee further agrees to hold harmless the instructor(s), Threat Dynamics, LLC, and its
agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses
related to physical injury or accidents arising out of participation in training.

4. Individual Responsibility and Emergency Response
Threat Dynamics, LLC does not guarantee a trainee's safety or survival in any real-world violent
incident or emergency situation. The purpose of the training is educational and preparatory; it is not
a directive or authorization to take specific action in a real emergency.
All decisions made by a trainee in future violence-related or medical emergency events are the sole
responsibility of the individual. Each trainee is expected to make decisions based on:

- Their level of training
- Their physical condition
- Their acquired skills
- Their personal risk tolerance

Threat Dynamics, LLC disclaims all liability for actions taken or not taken by trainees during any
future incident.

5. Disclosure of Limitations
It is the sole responsibility of the client/trainee to inform Threat Dynamics in advance of any physical,
emotional, or psychological limitations that may impact their ability to safely engage in the training.
While Threat Dynamics will make reasonable efforts to consider such disclosures, we do not
guarantee that special accommodations can be provided in all cases.
6. Right to Deny or Remove Trainees
Threat Dynamics, LLC reserves the right to deny participation in training or remove any trainee from
a course at its sole discretion, without refund, if it is determined that:
- The trainee's motivations for acquiring these skills do not align with the values, ethics, or mission of
Threat Dynamics
- The trainee's presence or intent may pose a safety concern for others or the broader community
This decision is made solely at the discretion of Threat Dynamics, LLC in the interest of maintaining
the integrity and safety of its programs
