At Threat Dynamics, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and support while maintaining fairness and transparency in our business practices.

 

Cancellation and Refund Terms

 

 

• Full Refund Eligibility: Clients are eligible for a full refund of any deposits if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class booked by the client’s company.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class start time are not eligible for a refund, except at the sole discretion of Threat Dynamics, LLC.

• Deductible Expenses: If any non-recoverable costs (such as hotel deposits, venue fees, material printing costs, or other expenses) have been incurred by Threat Dynamics, LLC in preparation for the scheduled class, those amounts will be deducted from the refund.

• Efforts to Recover Costs: Threat Dynamics, LLC will make reasonable efforts to recover or reapply any such costs, including transferring reservations or materials to other scheduled clients. If any portion of the previously deducted expenses is recovered or credited, that amount will be refunded or credited back to the original client.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds or credits will be processed via the original payment method, a direct payment, or as an account credit within 10 business days of resolution.
